Job Description : Job Summary
Dynamic well established (over 25 years), leading plastic manufacturing company in the Northwest Houston area is seeking a manufacturing customer service associate. This is an entry level sales position. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate associate to be part of our excellent customer service team help us improve and grow!
The successful candidate will have a history of two (2) plus years in a similar role maintaining external relationships, with excellent customer service in the business-to-business services industry.
In this role you will acts as the point of contact with our business customers and coordinates with internal teams to nurture the customer from order to delivery. This is a value-added position that requires a keen understanding of our customer needs, the manufacturing process, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects daily. No worries, you will be train!
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account management
Develop excellent working relationships with our customers
Order taking and order entry
Emailing Quotes of new and/or existing products
Follow products through our network to ensure products are shipped on time
Track progress of orders as they move through the production process
Work with the production and shipping departments to ensure all orders are completed on time and routed appropriately
Communicate shipping and delivery times to customers
LISTEN and resolve Ad hock customer complaints
Proactively reach out to our customers to drive business

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment. Production/ manufacturing environment or packaging, is a plus
Must be detail oriented and quality focused
Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and act accordingly
Experience working with CRM preferred.
Associate degree preferred.

Required Skills

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Must have a professional demeanor to interact with our company and our clients.
A high level of attention to detail.
Must be competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Must have good organization skills.

Must be flexible with their work schedule is a plus.
