Job Description : The Arc is the largest, most comprehensive provider of services to children and adults with disabilities in San Diego County. We are currently hiring a Recruiter to join our team. You will be managing 20+ positions in a range of operations; partnering closely with hiring managers and working in a results-driven team. This role has great growth potential in learning holistic human resource services in a supportive environment.
Who you are:

A purpose-driven recruiter who finds satisfaction in placing the right person in the right role aligned with our mission
An innovative thinker in finding candidates in non-traditional sourcing methods
A quick learner of role criteria with the ability to screen for culture competencies

A typical day will include:

Full cycle recruiting for multiple roles:

Developing and posting job advertisements
Sourcing and screening candidates
Interviewing through multiple mediums
Closing and welcoming candidates to the Arc of San Diego team

Comprehensively tracking and managing candidates through multiple sources (not a singular ATS)
Consistent positive communication to hiring teams on position updates

What you’ll need to be successful:

A keen eye for detail
Are comfortable in multiple software systems (we use UltiPro) AND in manual processes
Positive customer service while maintaining an advocacy focus for our clients

We’d love it if you:

Had high volume / high turnover recruiting experience
Had experience recruiting in the non-profit and/or health care fields
Want to develop within an organization
