Position : Human Resources – Onsite Coordinator
Job Description : A strong candidate would possess most, if not all the following traitsOrganized – this includes time management and site organizationPeople skills and emotional intelligence – good with people, allows an open communication channel for employees, co-workers/team and client’s managementAbility to be diplomatic – able to find a middle ground that makes everyone happy while following laws and company guidelines, the ability to negotiate gray areasCompany Culture – The desire to consistently work on positive and safe company cultureSUMMARYThe Onsite Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the On-Site Office located within our client’s facility; acting as a liaison between Crown Associates and Client Management.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIESEffectively build a positive, healthy, relationship between client management team with an open line of communicationEffectively build a positive, healthy, relationship with hourly production floor/warehouse employees with an open line of communicationPrepare all employee documentation which includes performing orientation of new employees; prepare reports for employee payroll and timecardProvide an interface with potential candidates and clients to provide an update on order statusCoordinate with employees to answer all queries and provide counseling as routine procedureMonitor and update database information related to employee assignments and existing openingsProvide information and clarification to hourly employees regarding specifics of the corporate handbookProvide hourly employees access to pay stubs and any changes to personal or payroll informationPrepare customized and special project reports to meet customer requestsAbility to work with and motivate others, lead by example and gain the respect of peers and leadershipAbility to identify operational issues and recommend effective solutionsSense of urgency of the business and ability meet priorities and deadlines, as well as the ability to perform all functions in the departmentEnsure that associates are following the procedures and guidelinesMaintain positive and professional communications with associates at all levelsEnsure that all established safety standards and guidelines are being followedProvide coaching, counseling and administer performance evaluations to assigned associatesCarry out disciplinary actions or recommend termination of employment as appropriateParticipate in meetings with user departments and managementAll other duties as assignedPOSITION REQUIREMENTS: Onboarding experienceAdministrative experiencePrior staffing industry experience preferredMust demonstrate key competencies including Leadership, Planning and Organization, Training & Development, Safety, Communication, and TeamworkAdministrative skills including report preparation, record keeping and payrollKnowledge of computers and relevant software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong time-management skills and ability to multitaskJob Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:10 hour shift8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Leadership: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
