Job Description : Role Responsibilities & Duties: -Design academic program to meet curriculum goals.Manage and update academic program to meet curriculum goals.To formulate more innovative learning methods and making effective use of technology in the teaching-learning methods.Identify training needs of the staff members.Design training modules and programs for them.Implementation of the training modules.Evaluate the effectiveness of training imparted and provide effective feedback.Provide guidance and support to staff members and students.Monitor student academic progress and provide guidance.To formulate proper plans, policies and norms in order to implement recruitment and retention strategies for the students and the staff members.Academic managers assume the responsibilities of establishing effective communication links between the individuals within and outside the institution.To manage and develop effectively and efficiently the school resources which influence the improvement of individuals, environment, managerial functions and operational methods.Proper rules, regulations, norms and policies have to be implemented so that there is maintenance of law and order within an academic institution.Willingness to travel.Qualification: -Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (English)Bachelor’s Degree in EducationBachelor’s Degree in Child PsychologyDiploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Care and EducationCertification in Montessori Teacher Training CourseExperience: -Minimum 10 years of experience in the education industry and training staff membersSkills: -Excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of computers is essentialJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: From ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 10 years (Preferred)Training Centre Managers: 6 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 11/03/2022
