Job Description : Full Time Bookkeeper – Accounts Assistant 5 days (Monday – Friday) 9am-5pmThe ideal candidate will be supporting the business with preparation of accounts and VAT supporting the Managing director and office Manager.1 years minimum bookkeeping experience required & Experience with Accounting software a necessity.JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: *Data entry, Invoices & management of Suppliers billing/invoice*Bank & Credit Card reconciliations*Monitoring customer accounts: debt management & credit control* Prepare Year End Accounts / Quarterly VAT returns*Assist in the production of monthly accounts and reports including fixed assets register, aged creditors, balance sheet, P&LCANDIDATE PROFILE: *Excellent communication skills*Organised, with excellent numerical skills and good attention to detail*Accounting Software*Debt management/credit control understanding*Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy vital*Good team player* Practice experience is highly desirableEXPERENCE: · Minimum of 1 years’ experience essential· Accountancy software 1 years essential· Microsoft Word· Microsoft Excel· OutlookQualifications required:Proven qualification by experience.Job Type: Full TimeSalary: 18,000 – 23,000 based on experienceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Accounting: 1 year (preferred)Bookkeepers: 1 year (preferred)Application deadline: 31/03/2022
