Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE: Accounts & Order Management Executive.REPORTS TO: Managing PartnerSCOPE OF POSITION: This individual is responsible for the Commercial activities of the office. This position is based in Bangalore.The position will be responsible for Accounts, Admin & Order Management functions for the organization. This will involve Accounting, Purchase Order Placements, Shipment Management,Local Transport management for Incoming & outgoing supplies . Also, will be responsible for OfficeAdministration & Travel Desk Management of the office staff.OBJECTIVES: Manage the Complete Accounting ,Taxation ,& Statutory Compliances.Manage the process for Order Management for Customers.Own and deploy Office Admin process.Maintain smooth functioning of Office Travel Desk ( Air , Hotel , Local Travel ).MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNTING Bookkeeping and Finalization of company accounts.Reconciliation of ledgers, bank statements, vendor statements and customer statements.Preparation of financial statements.Preparation of sales and purchase Bills in ERP / TallyPreparing Invoice & E-way billPosting of Debit Note & Credit Note EntriesStock Transfer EntriesBank Entries postingPreparing bank reconciliation statementsIssue receipts, invoices and payments to suppliers and vendors as requiredMaintenance of stock and annual physical verification of stocks.Handling &Verification of Petty cash paymentsAccount Payables and Account Receivables ReportsMIS ReportTAXATION GST – Reconciliation of data, filing of returnsPreparation of income computation and filing of IT AuditPlanning and execution of audit procedures such as vouching of income and expense items, obtaining debtors, creditors and Bank balance confirmation, performing logic testsORDER MANAGMENT SO & PO Creation in ERP/ Tally.Arrange shipment for customer based on their request dates.Work with Local Contracted and Non Contracted Transporters for shipment of goods to customersWork with local CHA / FF for correct documentation and shipment clearance.ADMIN Manage & Book Tickets for Staff Travel ( Air , Train, Local Travel , Hotels ) , national and International.Purchase & Maintain Office IT & Consumable needs .Assist Finance team in HR Benefits ( PF / Gratuity / Group Benefits )SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Earlier Experience in Similar Role ( Accounts + Taxation + Order Management + Admin ) in aProfessional Indian or MNC organization.Good & Pleasant Communication skills ( English , Hindi and Kannada )3-6 years of Work Experience in Similar Operations .Time management, organizational and negotiation skills.PC proficient.Team Player.Quick Learner.COMPENSATION: Annual Fixed Salary of Rs 1.8L / A – Rs 3.5L/A.Joining Bonus of Rs 5,000 (One Time Only, payable after 6 months of Service)Bonus / Incentives based on the overall Company performance as and when declared by the management .Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹180,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Joining bonusCOVID-19 considerations:Wearing of mask, using of hand sanitizer & maitaining of distance.Ability to commute/relocate:Bengaluru South, Bengaluru Urban – 560041, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting & Taxation: 3 years (Required)Admin & Order management: 3 years (Required)total work: 3 years (Required)Accounts and Admin: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Hindi (Preferred)Kannada (Preferred)License/Certification:Graduation (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
