Job Description : An HR cum Admin Manager is responsible for organizing all subject related functions and laying down all the systems and protocols of the organization.Management is the most important job of an HR cum Admin manager.Role: Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes. Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space. Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
