Job Description
We, Luthra Group, LLP Looking for Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for handling the Entire Administration Such as on boarding, scheduling, bookkeeping, Organizing, Securing the sites & Public Relation activities such as community relation, sponsorship, engagement at our Project sites.
Roles & Responsibility:
Manage local inquiries and Meeting requests
Create content related to the benefits of our projects
Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a Monthly basis
Evaluate opportunities for Growing relation with concerned parties on-going basis.
Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including mailing, and communicating with clients, Contractors & Vendors
Application for the new licenses & Policies required for various Projects.
Organize meeting schedules for various departments
Handling the Security Personnel at sites.
Respond to incoming communications from internal & External.
Provide assistance in filtering and forwarding communications to proper individuals and departments
Create written and typed reports, including memos and business letters
Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events
Assist in handling of human resources activities, including payroll, Attendance and personnel databases, Contract labour Management.
Maintain and order necessary office equipment and supplies, Compliance registers.
Hiring of lower & middle management position.
On boarding new Recruits at Sites.
Candidate Desired profile
Proven experience of Minimum 5 years as Administration & PR manager/ Executive
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Event planning experience
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Local Candidate with in contact with Authorities will be preferred
