Job Description : A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Greenlight Training Ltd for a Customer Service Apprentice.This role offers the right person a great chance to start their career working in an office setting whilst completing an excellent Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship at the same time. The apprenticeship will give you a fantastic qualification that you can utilise in any customer facing office setting.Greenlight Training Ltd are a Plymouth based apprenticeship provider delivering directly to construction industry.Established in 2020 this robust company is fully committed to the training and development of its team. Greenlight Training would be the perfect place for any newcomer to the industry to learn & practice all the relevant skills to complete the included apprenticeship.Although no previous experience is required, we are looking for an enthusiastic, committed & friendly individual with a passion for great customer service to join our friendly team. The right candidate will enjoy working with a variety of people with a high level of attention to detail whilst being comfortable multitasking. Being well presented, personable & friendly with excellent time keeping skills will be vital to this role.Every day will be different as you assist the company with the daily dynamic needs however, some of your key daily activities will be: Call handling for internal and external phone calls in a professional, friendly and efficient mannerOffice duties such as filing, photocopying ectCreating candidate filesData entryAny other admin services as & when required after training from relevant teamsThe following are some desirable, but not essential skills we are looking for in applicants.
