Job Description : Urgently looking for Admission Counsellors for college in VV Puram & Kanakapura Road Campus JOB DESCRIPTION Admission Counsellors acts as an initial point of contact for all admission enquiries and is responsible for converting the enquiries into admissions with a professional approach and pleasing disposition. He/ She is to be an essential member of the Administrative Team and contributes towards the smooth functioning of admission activities of the college.Key Responsibilities: Handle enquiries for admissions, counsel prospective students / parents and participate in the end to end admissions process in an effective manner.Responsible for achieving the set admission targets, to convert maximum enquiries into registration and registrations into admissions.Follow the SOP on admission processes as communicated by the Admissions Office and ensure strict adherence to the SOP.Responsible for error free entries in proper formats and generate the MIS reports in the prescribed format and frequency as directed by Manager/Director.Maintain properly the records of Enquiry Forms, Admission Forms and Assessment Papers.Maintain error free Admission and fee collected data in the soft copy as per the SOP and reconcile the data with the accounts department as per set timelines.Follow up the New Admission Parents for Admission, Annual and First Term Fee and responsible for timely collection of fee as per set timelines.Assist the Admission Manager to increase lead generation through marketing initiatives.Implement the local marketing activities allotted to the college under the guidance of the Relationship Manager / Director.Participate in events, expos and seminars for lead generation on behalf of the college.Assist the Admission Manager to increase the enrolment for value added programsResponsible for gathering fee data of other competitive colleges in the neighborhood.Act as one point of contact to share the data for the social media and website uploads with the corporate team/ Vendor.Cohesively work with the other team members in the Front Desk, Admin Team & Accounts Department.Any other responsibilities as and when directed by Manager/Director· Handling all inbound leads via chat, CRM, phone, walk ins· Fluency in Written & Oral English· Source new leads through outbound cold calls & lead follow- up.· Supporting marketing activities through emails/calls· Meeting the internal targets and goals assigned within the team· They will be required to make calls & maintain a database and present it to the head on a daily/weekly basis.Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant experienceIMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERREDInterested candidate share Resume/CV & Portfolio or apply through our website www.agiedu.inJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹300,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:YesAbility to commute/relocate:VV Puram, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Master’s (Required)Experience:minimum: 2 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Kannada (Required)Hindi (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
