Job Description : Position Title: Admission cum Cashier (FTE- Full time Employee) Purpose: To motivate, persuade and counsel prospective students for admissions at right time by giving right information about organisation, courses, batches etc. and completing the fee transaction process. Responsibilities ∙ To be responsible for receiving fee payment by various means like by cash, cheque, credit cards. ∙ To maintain data and work on in-house Student’s ERP ∙ Proven experience in cash handling activities like Fees collection, Refund/Transfer management ∙ To perform basic math’s function and understand GST calculations ∙ To resolve student’s day to day queries received on various platforms like F2F, E-mails, social media, Calls, Student’s ERP ∙ To motivate, persuade by giving right information on right time to students for admissions ∙ To coordinate with team members and seniors to complete the task of admission on time. ∙ To handle student grievances on time and raise happiness index of the same by providing correct information ∙ Prepare MIS as and when required by Management. Competencies ∙ Good communication, presentation and persuasion skills ∙ Mathematical skills for handling transactions ∙ Adaptable, flexible and fast learner ∙ Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker ∙ Ability to work methodically and meet deadline Educational Qualifications ∙ Graduate ∙ Preference to candidates Graduated in Commerce. Experience ∙ 2-4 years of experience. Preference to candidates of Education Industry.
