Job Description : ACS International Schools is looking for an Admissions Associate, to join the team at ACS Hillingdon. The main purpose of this role is to support the enrolment management at the school and assist families in joining the school.You will also handle all financial assistance processing in collaboration with the admissions team and Financial Assistance Manager from recruitment and initial enquiries to final offers and annual review. You will also act as the point of contact for the financial assistance programme in the school and for prospective and current parents applying for and receiving financial assistance.Key Duties:Take and respond to queries from parents and students throughout the Admissions inquiry and application process in order to ensure the team provides a high standard of customer serviceInput data into the school Admissions database, ensuring the information is accurate and complete. Generate correspondence as neededAssist with Registrar Duties such as preparing official acceptance letters and re-enrolment of existing studentsArrange and take orientation tours for prospective and new families, take part in open days and Marketing events, build connections and promote ACS to local feeder schoolsAct as the go-between and central point of contact for award parents from initial enquiry to interview and testing to feedback at end of processDay to day running of the programme administration for current award holdersProvide ongoing statistical information on each year’s programmesMonitor progress of existing award students for reporting.Knowledge, skills and experience required:Proficient and accurate in databases, including Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong interpersonal skills – good communication and customer service skills on the telephone, face to face and on paper/email are vitalGood attention to detail and highly organisedFlexible approach to performing a variety of tasksAble to work with minimum supervision and to remain calm within a dynamic and busy environmentEducated to A Level or equivalent standard.ACS is committed to inclusion across race, gender, faith, identity and abilities.
