About the department
Global IT India is a team of 700+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of Global IT India is to ‘manage’ IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. Commercial IT department is an integral part of the Global IT Organization within GBS India and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In Global IT, we drive projects, manage critical IT systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of Novo Nordisk.
The position
In this role as an Advanced Business Analyst, you as IO-Engage SPOC/SME (Single Point of Contact/Subject Matter Expert) for APAC region will be responsible for supporting IO-Engage CRM on the Operations & Development tracks.
On the operations track, you will be responsible for managing the Operations and Maintenance of IO-Engage APAC CRM. You will be responsible for ensuring that the system operation requests/incidents are handled timely within agreed SLA’s. Oversee the operations in regional operations team are delivered timely within agreed SLA’s and meeting the stakeholder expectations. Mentor and guide the regional operations teams for any technical and functional queries.
Manage the APAC stakeholders by driving affiliate monthly connects and be the first point of contact for any escalations or queries regarding IO-Engage APAC CRM. Support APAC region by driving strategic projects requested by line of business.
As IO-Engage Subject Matter Expert, support Agile teams anchored in Agile Release Train for any technical and functional assistance related to IO-Engage APAC CRM. As SME, will be involved in solution designing and reviewing the solutions proposed by team members. As expert representing region, closely work with ART agile teams to drive system improvements to improve overall customer experience.
Relating to process ensure that the change management processes are followed correctly. Demonstrate excellent business and system understanding, pro-activeness and high degree of ownership. You will be responsible for driving/participate in activities related to implementation of system enhancements. You must provide ITIL related support, operations track as well as enhancing good team spirit and high degree of knowledge sharing. You will be responsible for communicating and collaborating closely with the key stakeholders including follow-up on deliverables and services according to agreements
Qualifications
We expect you to hold the below skills and knowledge.
Graduates having bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years of IT experience
4+ years of experience working on SFDC configuration, customisation & system operations.
Experience in salesforce configuration like Workflows, Validation, Approval process, Custom Metadata and support operations.
Experience in data loads using apex data loader and workbench
Hands on in Apex development, Visual Force, Lightning Components, Triggers, Batch scheduling, experience in deployment and migration of change sets.
Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, SQL & relational databases
Experience in driving performance initiatives via tunning/automation approach
Experience handling small/medium projects end to end as individual contributor
Experience in Agile and SDLC methodology
Experience in managing the system operations including handling of service requests and incidents
Strong presentation, verbal and written communications skills
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple time zones
High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills
Experience with IQVIA OCE CRM or any Salesforce Pharma CRM (good to have)
Experience with Pharma business processes (good to have)
Salesforce Certification (good to have)
