Must Have skills
Should have 8+ years of experience in software testing.
Proficiency in preparing Test Strategy, planning, Test designing, Test Execution, Test Reporting
Experience leading test team of at least 5 members
Working experience with test management tools (ALM, JIRA)
Excellent Communication Skills
Working experience in HR domain (Preferrable)
Experience with running automation scripts (Preferrable)

Key Responsibilities
Be Hands on Tester for projects in HR domain
Designing test scenarios, execution, reporting.
Test Data Creation
Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project
Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.
Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to QAT Manager
Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Weekly, Monthly) to the QAT Manager/Stakeholders
Work closely with Performance & Security Testing team to ensure all the vulnerabilities are remediated prior to the release.
Own the data that goes into the monthly Quality Management Board consumed by the Senior Leadership
Responsible for planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks based on the overall project plan.
Lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test plans.
Plan and Co-ordinate creation of test scenarios and test data for each test cycle. Put together the test plan after discussions with the test team and have it reviewed and approved by the management/ SMEs team. Level set the stakeholders the plan for test cycles and communicate expectations
Ensure proper documentation of test results and quick resolution of issues during test cycles.
Prepare a test exit summary report and share with all stakeholders at the end of the test cycle. Coordinate test sign-off from each of the stakeholders at the end of each test cycle.
Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Nice/good to have skills
Knowledge/certifications in Agile methodology.
Knowledge in mobile App testing
Hands on experience in Automation (UFT / Selenium/ Provar)
Strong knowledge in writing medium level SQL Query
