If you are interested to grow and learn in your career and at the same time support our farmers, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities and Duties· Resolve agronomy related queries from farmers coming from inbound and outbound calls, and from chatting.· Technical explanation of activities to farmers· Address any query regarding the BharatAgri appSkills required· Must be fluent in Marathi· Clear and confident speaking skills· Patience in handling calls of farmers· Understand the farmers’ grievances and resolve them correctly & swiftly.· Ability to handle communication on digital medium like Chat, WhatsApp, etc.· Should have decent knowledge about agriculture, agronomy and cropsWork RemotelyNoJob Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporaryContract length: 11 monthsSalary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusApplication Question(s):Do you have BSc Agri Degree?Experience:Agriculture: 1 year (Required)
