OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
The M&G RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Build team builds RPA solutions as per automation needs of various M&G business units. His/her primary responsibility will be to liaise with Business stakeholders to understand the requirements and develop feasible RPA solutions (primarily using UiPath automation tool) in line with the automation requirements.
He/She is responsible for the requirements capture, development and testing of the RPA deliverable’s.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with Business SME’s/Implementation Leads for assessing the Business processes and identifying processes fit for RPA Automation.
Gather detailed requirements from business stakeholders using various techniques – conducting Requirement Workshops, walk through sessions, interviews, use case analysis, Data analysis, Process maps etc.
Create Requirement Documents – PDD/User Stories/As- IS & To-Be Process documents.
Obtain Sign off from Business stakeholders on the Requirement documents.
Validate Business requirements and assess technical feasibility.
Design feasible RPA Solutions for the Business process to be automated.
Prepare the Solution Design Document incorporating the best development practices.
Develop/Code the automation Workflows in UiPath tool as per Business Requirement documents.
Ensure Code quality and review processes are adhered to as per the Project process guidelines.
Participate actively in creation of test scenario and traceability matrix from functional standpoint.
Liaise with Project Leads/Business SME’s to collate the Test data required to perform testing
Perform and support Unit/Integration/UAT testing and document the same.
Create the development Artifacts/checklist required for Toll gates as per Project processes.
Support preparation of environments (Development, Pre Prod) in line with the Infrastructure requirements.
Support the assessment and resolution of issues identified during the warranty period.
Support the overall resolution of discrepancies/bugs/enhancements/customer education of our Robotic Process Automation ecosystem.
Relationship management with stakeholders across M&G group.
Liaise closely with internal IT & Third Party Support groups to resolve any development roadblocks.
Proactively engage in improvements initiatives through constant review of processes/procedures/best practices.
Plan and prioritize work at hand to ensure on time delivery of all assigned deliverable’s.
Coaching less experienced members of the team.
Ensure that you understand and adhere to M&G’s Code of Conduct and where appropriate,

comply with all relevant regulatory policies. This includes completion of any mandatory training requirements.

COMPETENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (KEY):
Proven Business Analysis and Hands on development experience in building end to end RPA solutions using UiPath tool is mandatory.
UiPath certified (RPA Developer Advanced Certification/ RPA Business Analyst Certification) candidates will be preferred.
Working experience of Agile Methodology (Scrum/Kanban)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Customer & stakeholder management skills.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (DESIRABLE):
Good knowledge of support tools used (Service Now, JIRA, Confluence, SVN, DevOps) is desirable.
Experience working with Operations/IT support teams would be desirable.
Knowledge in other automation technologies (Microsoft PowerApps, VBA, Python) is an added advantage.
Knowledge in Dev-Ops, Azure tool-sets is an added advantage
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY:
Graduate in any discipline
EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of overall experience with good Business Analysis expertise and minimum 2+ years hands-on development experience on UiPath Automation tool
Hands-on Development Experience in any of the programming languages – Python/VBA/Power Apps will be an added advantage.
Hands-on project experience in handling end to end RPA implementations.
Experience working in fast paced agile environments and cross functional teams
