Job Description : Responsibilities :· Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable· Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims· Sound knowledge of U.S. Healthcare Domain (Provider side) methods for improvement on the same· Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)· Manage & develop collaterals as required.Compliances :· Adherence to company policies, rules and regulations· To follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards· Adherence to HIPAA guidelines and policies for the processQualifications :· AnyMandatory Skill Sets :· Excellent Oral and Written Communication skillsSoft skills required :· Good Oral and Written Communication skills· Self-motivated and a good team playerWork Experience :· Work experience of at least 2 Years in Accounts Receivable (AR) callingOffice Timings : Should be ready to work in US shiftsLocation : BangaloreJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftNight shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Bengaluru – 560001, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):Do you have expertise in coordinating with US based Insurance companies?Experience:AR Calling: 1 year (Preferred)US Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)RCM: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
