Job Description : Job SummaryAccuro FM are a growing contract facilities management company with contract sites located throughout the Midlands, North West, and North East and West Country regions of the UK.Area Manager Cleaning – Education Sector – Midlands/CentralOur continued success and growth has introduced the requirement for an additional Area Manager to cover a small number (usually up to ten) of new and existing contract sites in the Central and West Midlands areas, operating within the education sector client base, encompassing the delivery of high levels of cleaning services within those sites, ranging from small schools to major academies. .Responsibilities include mentoring and management of supervisory and team members, service delivery audits, recruitment, staff monitoring and integration across sites within your allocated area.Applicants should be used to defining and offering high standards of service delivery to client organisations and members of staff and users across a wide and diverse group. In particular they must have experience of contract cleaning services, in particular implementing and auditing to high standards.Our area managers have defined business areas for which they are fully responsible, this is usually up to ten contracts/sites which supports our commitment to providing high quality standards of service. They will be expected to quickly gain and have knowledge and in-depth understanding, of each individual site, and the requirements of the client responsible for that site. This includes attendance at ad-hoc meetings, formal client and consultant led meetings as well as providing excellent client liaison delivery.Job Type / CategoryThis is a full time role, with a high proportion of time spent on sites with staff and clients.Required Education, Skills and QualificationsYou must have previous experience of managing the provision of contract cleaning services.Applicants should be fully computer literate, with experience of Microsoft products with a willingness to use new systems such as our people management software.All staff are subject to DBS enhanced level certification.Regular travel within the allocated area is essential, therefore managers must hold a valid UK licence and have the use of their own car for business related travel.BenefitsWe offer a salary of £31,500 pa, plus a £4,800 pa car allowance (payable monthly), life cover and pension scheme.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £31,500.00 /yearReference ID: Accuro FM Area ManagerJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £31,500.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionLife insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Contract Cleaning: 2 years (Preferred)Management: 2 years (Preferred)Licence:Driving License (Required)
