Students are encouraged to be inquisitive and independent thinkers with teachers taking on the role of facilitators as well as educators.About youThe ability to teach GCSE Art & Design and A level Photography is desirable and an understanding of Commercial Art practises would be advantageous but not essential. You will be ICT and Photoshop proficient and have excellent communication skills. You will ensure equality of opportunity, irrespective of starting points, to enable all learners to make good progress. You will also be personable and approachable and be able to quickly build effective relationships with students, and colleagues in the School and across the Trust.
