Job Description : We are looking for an experienced IT Asset Team Lead to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of computer systems, software’s and subscriptions, procurement of IT related work within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will analyze our current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades to keep us on the cutting edge.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties & Responsibility: Information Technology & Security: Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needsDeployment of new IT systems, softwares, subscriptions and servicesManaging inventory, set up and deployment of systems.Purchase of new systems as per specifications, negotiating for the best priceManaging service and up keeping of systems, sending and collecting technology assets to team at various locations.Providing real-time troubleshooting and technical support for both hardware and software issues the in-house team encounters.Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructurePrepare weekly and monthly reports based on the system performance.Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needsWork with third party vendors to coordinate the resolution of problems and issues on servers and network technologiesInformation Security:Ensure compliance to IT asset usage and security policyAudit policies continuously and take corrective actions for non-complianceTake ownership of all the security tools and softwaresAssess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities, weaknesses and for possible upgrades or improvementServe as a focal point of contact for the information security team & the internal employeesManage and configure security of data, network access, disaster recovery and backup of systemsImplement appropriate physical and technical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assetsProvision and de-provision access as authorized by the Data OwnerAdministration & Procurement: Oversee overall admin and facility management at office and across locationsEnsure admin processes are adheredSkills RequiredExpert in handling IOS, windows and linux OS based systemsFluent in spoken EnglishSound knowledge of Information Security, Networking / Internet technologies and protocolsWell versed with Microsoft Office [Word, PPT, Excel]Good with administration workGreat and prompt at troubleshootingQualificationsThe ideal candidate will be an inspiring and confident team player with:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field2+ years’ experience in information technology & security managementJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹17,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Information Technology Managers: 2 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 24/02/2022Expected Start Date: 20/02/2022
