The Tickets.com mission is to provide premium, innovative live experiences for our clients and their patrons.Position Summary: We are looking for an Assistant Accountant who will be responsible for Sales Invoicing, Purchase Invoicing and Stock Control along with general accounting and reporting responsibilities.*Essential Job Functions: General AccountingMonth end reporting including posting of all journals and account reconciliationsPurchase order placement with vendors.Accounts Receivable including raising of sales invoices and debt chasingAccounts Payable to include purchasing and invoice processingMaintenance of Fixed Asset Register and Stock ListingPosting Cash and bank entries to ledgerPreparation of quarterly VAT schedulesPrepare schedules as required by auditorsAssist with special projects as required.Position Requirements: AAT Qualified or equivalent (eg ACCA part qualified) including qualified by experienceMinimum 2-3 years accounting experience.Sales, purchasing and general accounting experience.Experience with Excel and MS Word.Experience working with an integrated accounting systems (MAS500, Oracle Fusion, or similar)Ability to communicate courteously and professionally with auditors, parent company personnel, fellow employees, and management.Good writing and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail.Computer /Software industry experience a plus but not required.If you think you’re a good fit, we’d love to hear from you.Tickets.com is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Job Type: Full-time
