This role will focus on:
Preparation of monthly expense analysis for department managers
Preparation of weekly / monthly payroll analysis
Assisting with quarterly payroll forecasts
Preparation of monthly stock figure and slow-moving stock provision
Preparation of stock reports for Sales and Operations planning meeting
Supporting the finance director with overhead absorption calculation
Shared responsibility for daily sales and orders reporting
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Qualifications:
Professional accountancy qualification – either fully qualified or part qualified in CIMA / ACCA.
ACA will be considered with relevant experience.
Experience:
A background of working in a finance department for at least 4 years.
Involvement in the preparation of management accounts, e.g. preparation of journals etc. Providing a solid understanding of double entry bookkeeping.
Preparation of expense analysis

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to learn and be proactive and work in a team to achieve results.
Ability to remain calm & friendly under pressure
