Job Description : We are looking for someone who is committed to working in a demanding but enjoyable finance role in the NHS. A key member of the Glasgow City HSCP finance team, you will have reporting duties for a variety of complex and interesting service areas and will assist in the provision of a professional financial management service to HSCP stakeholders. You will work closely with dedicated service managers who are committed to making a difference, learn how a complex integrated Health & Social Care Partnership works and have the opportunity to develop a range of transferrable skills. Ideally, you will have a degree and be qualified to diploma-level of a nationally recognised, professional accountancy body, or have demonstrable equivalent experience. Experience working in the NHS or equivalent large, complex organisation is essential, as are excellent communication, planning and IT skills. The ability to work proactively and use your initiative to deliver to strict timelines while managing multiple demands is essential.
