Job Description : OMG… We’re hiring!We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our team at OMG Liverpool, with the position due to start as soon as possible.The salary is up to £27,500 OTE HOWEVER it is uncapped, with our bonus scheme there is no limit to how much you can earn!An ideal candidate will have a passion for leading a team, love bar & club management & be a natural with customer service. A team is the reflection of the manager at the front & leading it you will be expected to meet and maintain our exceptional standards of punctuality, dependability and flexibility. We are an advanced & ambitious company looking for someone who shares our values to help them grow, and in turn, grow with the business.What you’ll do & who you’ll be:Provide key support to the General Manager, assisting in the day to day running of the venueMaximise key performance indicators by driving the team, striving for the highest standardsHave an engaged, genuine personality with a passion for success – always leading by exampleHave an awareness of competitor activity and feedback/develop promotional ideas to drive through the teamBe proactive and take responsibility for your own personal developmentIntegrate the venue within the local community, through university and dedicated club sponsorships, to drive and develop the businessRequest, implement and develop ideas for paper campaigns for upcoming events, regular nights and dedicated campaigns by refreshing and requesting flyers in all formats and monitoring the in-venue distributionManage all social media platforms, by responding in a professional and timely manner to all customer requests and queriesMonitor and manage all reviews, on Google & Trip Advisor, by responding to all of themWhat you’ll get:Competitive salaryPaid birthday day offAdditional holiday allowance with length of serviceProgression opportunitiesRewards and Incentives Scheme:30% off all food items10% of alcoholic drinks & premium branded soft drinks50% off soft drinks, including coffeeAll employees will receive £0.75p per hour worked in credit onto their app – up to £1755 per yearApplicants are required to provide a full CV & covering letter for this position.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to £27,500.00 per yearAdditional pay:Bonus schemeBenefits:Employee discountSchedule:Monday to FridayNight shiftWeekend availability
