Minimum Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:
BE / ME in Rubber /Polymer/ Plastic/Chemical or MSc Chemistry with Diploma from IRI

Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in Technical Field.

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Incumbent must have experience of tyre, rubber & polymer industry can also apply for the same position. Should be through in quality management systems, TQM, Statistical quality control, Statistical process control. etc. The candidate should have hands on experience of handling Natural Rubber, SRB,EVA and other materials and compounds. Should have knowledge of compound formulations.

Financial
To assist facilitation of wastage and scrap reduction.
To minimize the production of second quality.

Customer Oriented
To ensure standard of the quality of raw materials.
To drive consistency in product specification, process specification & quality specification.

People Oriented
To assist Plant Technical Head for eradicating by addressing from its root cause.

Internal Business Process
To follow manual and suggest modification in the process to improve the quality of the product.
To maintain all the records of ISO 9001-2000 and co-ordinate with all the department heads to complete all the records of ISO and verification from time to time.
To ensure that wear test procedure is implemented as per SOP. Consolidate & circulate the wear test reports to all concerned on monthly basis.
To assist in preparation formula for compounding.
To maintain and control product & process specification.
To maintain and check mould specification.
To suggest improvement in quality of existing products.
