Situated in central Cornwall on the south coast, we are looking for a caring, motivated Assistant Practitioner or Nursing Associate to join our large, busy, professional and dynamic team covering St Austell Healthcare PCN. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will need to be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing as well as a desire for ongoing professional development.

You should also have an understanding of the changing climate of care delivery in the community and an understanding of the clinical duties required in the community.

The ability to travel independently across the wider central Locality to fulfil the requirements of the post is essential.
