Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Define L & D goals / KPIs that align with the organisation goals & strategy, and execute learning initiatives to meet these goals
Serve as a learning & development consultant to department/ function Heads, partner with line managers to understand their learning and development requirements, plan learning solutions that address their needs
Work collaboratively with HR BPs to implement training plans, drive performance and career management initiatives through individual development plans of employee
Design of Digital and ILT based Training Modules & Drive Leadership Development as a key organizational agenda
Manage digital learning platform for the organisation and other Key Automations around Key Talent Development Initiatives
Drive Organisation wide initiative around Leadership Development, Succession Planning, High potential Development, Key Talent Engagement and Retention
Drive Learning Calendar in line with TNI; Ensuring Training SOP deployment and Compliance across the organisation
External Partner Management for building a strong ecosystem for Delivering Learning and engagement
Manage Annual Organisation Talent Review Process and Actions
Working on organisation wide projects focusing on Building Internal Talent Pipeline across different levels through Specialized Interventions
Position Demands
Essential
An experienced (14-16 years) Learning & Development Professional to help our company develop and retain excellent employees
In depth subject matter know how in the field of OD/HR OTD Experience
Desirable
Specialized degree in HRD from a recognised institution
Certified Coach from a recognised institution
