A Day in the Life
Conduct effective Pre-sale demonstration of Navigation, O-arm Robotcs to the customer as per sales team request.
Conduct effective technical presentation to the prospect customers.
Help sales team during negotiation to win the deal.
Responsible to achieve Revenue Plan for Navigation, O-arm, Robotics.
Review requirement of the sales team for pre-sales demonstrations. Effectively work with sales team to complete adequate demonstrations for meeting revenue objective.
Support with best of class Sales presentation and technical discussions. Ensure availability of sales collaterals as in General & technical Specifications, competition matrix with new updates, product PPTs.
Demo system & consumables planning in consultation with sales team, Service Team and system allocation, review monthly.
Objective given by Sales Team should be achieved for all on-site Evaluations. Success of demonstration is measured by order winning rate.
Share Clinical Papers which are of interest to Sales team.
Actively meet all prospects in the region with technical presentation and clinical discussions
Conduct high quality Marketing activities in the region in collaboration with Marketing team.
Review Sales funnel of Navigation, O-arm, and Robotics with sales team monthly. Implement corrective strategy to move funnel upward.

Current Customer Base Support

Ensure possible support to post- sales during customer training on applications & products (NAV, O-arm ) across the region towards increased utilization from the current usage base and utilization.
Meet our existing customers to ensure effective utilization of our products in their regular practice. Also ensure all our existing customers as our product spokesperson . Ensure co-ordination among Pos-sale application, Technical service and Sales team

Database Management

To maintain demo matrix (dash board with conversion rate) and share with rest of the team quarterly
Update competition information and share quarterly with sales team. Keep track on competition activities, launches etc. Help Sales in objection handling specially in reference to competition products comparison.
Ensure availability of product training Videos, training documents and related data for Navigation & Neuro Monitoring
Optimal utilization of Sales Force to share product information, new developments, launches, competition product comparisons etc.
All activities should be recorded in SFDC on daily basis

T & E support

Quarterly training for sales team on advance application and clinical utility.
Support marketing Programs, conference and workshops by arranging and executing Navigation & Neuro Monitoring dry runs and hands-on
Support education team as being trainer for internal and external product training programs.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor in / Engineering / Science/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical
A total of at least 3-5 years (or more) in Imaging Companies/ capital medical equipment industry in Application or sales & application role.
Pre-sale application experience is must
High travel requirement (70% of times)
Nice to Have
Excellent presentation skill.
Good knowledge of Imaging or Robotics is preferred.
