Job Description : As an Associate Cloud Security Engineer, you’ll assist our AWS Cloud Engineer in maintaining daily operations. You will support the management of our cloud-based systems and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions and security infrastructure systems for the company
Support and conduct internal audits, help mitigate findings and implement improvement measures.
Identify, integrate, monitor and improve infosec controls by understanding business processes.
Support in development and implementation of technical efforts to build, and deploy Digify’s application on AWS
Troubleshoot security system and related issues.
Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines
Conduct network and system tests via simulation or other means to highlight and find any weaknesses that may be exploited.
Assist in defining security requirements and review of system to determine if they have been designed to comply with established security standards.
Requirements
A degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields
Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to understand technology sufficiently to clearly communicate the complexity in simple terms.
AWS certifications/cybersecurity-related certifications (e.g. Comptia Security+) are a plus
Knowledge of web services, API, REST are a plus
Experience with automated app deployment, CI/CD is a plus
