In this role, you will:
Collaborate with Professional Services team members, Product Management, SMEs, Customer Success, Support, and more to create cutting edge content and designs for our global client base.
Consult with our vast client base in multiple global locations to identify the most appropriate UX and Content Design strategies to meet their adoption needs
Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across audiences and projects
Perform design/content needs analyses in order to deep dive into customer problems and bring forth actionable insights
Ideate, design, develop, and evaluate content and design for multiple applications and a global audience.
Prioritize effectively to manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives through the full instructional and interaction design process at Whatfix.
Develop and maintain a high degree of product knowledge and related technologies.

Required Expertise
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines

Strong self-directed project management skills.
0-2 years of experience in content creation, instructional designing or technical writing.
