Job Description : Sterility testing of in-process and finished products.
Handling of sterility testing in isolator and qualifications.
Environmental and personnel monitoring of sterility testing area and isolator testing area.
Investigation of Out of Specification test results.
Prevention clean up and sanitization after spillage.
Sample receipt, storage and analysis in LIMS.
Monitoring of cleaning of Microbiology laboratory.
Records maintenance and documentation.
Endotoxin testing by KTA method for in-process, finished product and water samples.
Endotoxin testing by KCA method for in-process and finished products.
Calibration of micropipettes.
Calibration of analytical weighing balance.
Posting of test results and evaluation of the same in ATHENA.
Sample receipt and analysis.
Operation and cleaning of BSC/ LAFU.
Monitoring of cleaning of clean area.
Prevention, clean up and sanitization after spillage.
Records maintenance and documentation.
Preparation of SOPs, STPs and RSTs.
Preparation of validation protocols and summary reports.
Reporting OOS & excursions to supervisor.
Responsible for daily activities like temperature and humidity monitoring, ensuring the lab cleaning and verification of logbooks.
Maintenance and monitoring of refrigerator.
