Job Description

Formalize the sourcing strategy (onshore, near shore, offshore) and the quantitative implication factoring in growth of the company, automation, managed and unmanaged attrition to be sure to recruit the right skills in right number in the right place (“talent supply chain”).
Collaborate with functional stakeholders to device animplement Capacity Management (Demand vs Supply), to achieve effective employee utilization as well as appropriate management to staff ratio for each functional area
Ensure global demand supply: right skills, right numbers, right price point
Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employee and contractor into ReSources India that are most suitable for the job profile.
Ensuring that current employees are satisfied in their positions and are promoting ReSources India brand through recruitment initiatives and events.
Coordinate with hiring team and functional stakeholders to identify staffing needs, in different functional areas.
Collaborate with functional teams/stakeholders to
create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
determine selection criteria for candidates

Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible
