Project Role :IT Service Management Coordinator
Project Role Description :Deliver Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service operations processes of problem, change, configuration, incident and release management. Specialize in the delivery of one of the processes, or provide management and coordination across multiple processes.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : -Work jointly with customer to identify automation opportunities -Develop, test, implement and maintain application software -Streamline and refine business processes-Review and analyse business requirements-Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle-Developing solutions based on the customers requirement-Provide technical and customer supports-This individual should be a skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming
Technical Experience : -Minimum Five to eight years of IT work experience in software development and deployment -Proficiency in Java 8,angular 2 and Linux environment -Micro services Development experience with NodeJS, SQL,Docker Jenkins ,RDBMS Database Design-Software versioning with Git -Web Technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript and JQuery-Service Oriented Architecture / Web Services SOAP / RES-Must will have great exposure in developing DevOps strategy including implementation of CI/CD process
Professional Attributes : -Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbal and written Someone who love programming-Must be strong team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in geographically disperse working environment-Detail oriented individual with the ability to learn new concepts
Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science
15 years of full time education
