experience in facilitating communication of architecture, including using visual tools such as UML, C4, ArchiMate or BPMN
Agile development practices
proven technical leadership

keen interest in understanding how the business work
strong interpersonal and communication skills
one or more: Scala, Java 8+, Python, C#, R, Typescript (Node)
