BDP India has a diverse clientele from public sector to corporates and private developers.BDP India is currently seeking BIM Architects with 2-5 years of professional work experience (2 openings) for its New Delhi Studio.BDP is working on several large BIM based Indian and international projects. The position is for a 6-month contract, which could potentially get extended. The candidate should have previous professional experience of working on Revit and should be smart, motivated and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:In your capacity a BIM Architect, you will:Work with and support senior/ Intermediate architects on the development of projectsPrepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation on a wide variety of projects under guidance from senior architectsDevelop Revit models as per company BIM processes or as directed by BIM manager/ Senior ArchitectProduce construction drawing sets in REVIT, including: site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc.Keeps current with new features in BIM softwares, design trends, code changes, and developments to sustain and improve technical and design skills.Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed upon deadlines.The ideal candidate should have the following:Completion of five-year architectural degree program or Master in Architecture programMinimum 2 years of relevant work experience with large-scale commercial, mixed-use, high-rise residential and institutional projectsProven abilities in the production of meticulous architectural documents through various stages of a project’s lifespan — from schematic design through to construction using Revit in a work shared environment.High level of proficiency in current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of additional softwares like Enscape, Dynamo, Lumion, Adobe suite will be added advantageKnowledge of building technology, construction techniques, related engineering principles, sustainability strategies, building codes, and assembly of construction drawing sets.Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skillsDesign and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intentPositive attitude coupled with strong work ethicSelf-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervisionDemonstrate commitment to the multidisciplinary project development process and team-focused environmentHave the ability to work in a collaborative environment, producing exemplary work on a daily basis.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / TemporaryContract length: 6 monthsSalary: ₹11,891.00 – ₹39,568.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)
