Your Role and Responsibilities

Able to work in cross-functional teams to drive sales through long-term relationship building, converting new customers by identifying competitive advantages and increase customer satisfaction by high level of professional service.
Experience of Solutioning large system integration (SI) expert /Software support /Public Sector large bids executionetc.
Solution and subject matter expert responsible for driving the client technical agenda, account architecture, and technical sales support of Multivendor HW, SW & Infrastructure Support & Services.
Accountable for driving client satisfaction such that clients become promoters of the IBM platform.
Maintains strong platform and offering knowledge and articulates the value proposition/ROI, competitive landscape, and relevant use cases to drive sales.
Applies technical and sales knowledge to create and deliver technical proof points to assist with deal closure.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong knowledge on the Network & Security OEM Product, Service Model & Offerings:
Cisco / Juniper / Checkpoint / Fortinet / Palo Alto, F5, Radware etc.
Good knowledge & Exposure on the SW OEM Product, Service Model & Offerings:
Oracle / HP / VMWARE / Red Hat /CA / Citrix / IBM and Other RDBMS / Open Source DB / NMS / EMS etc.
Exposure to Cloud Solutions – AWS / AZURE & Hybrid Cloud Platforms.
Previous hands-on Delivery / SME Experience in Multi-Vendor Hardware / Software Support would be an added advantage.
Infrastructure knowledge in Data Center Managed Service environment Network / Server / Storage /Hardware of major OEMs and Virtualization.
Assessing client needs and architecting solutions in direct support of client objectives.
Working closely with SMEs and Sales team to provide comprehensive services pre-sales support.
Excellent presentation and client facing skills i.e. Preparing and Performing customer presentations either face to face, teleconference, videoconference etc.
Assists and participates in developing RFI, RFP and RFQ responses.
Understanding of client’s business requirements, proposing and owning technical solutions to those requirements by interlocking with concerned Architects and also different support groups and stakeholders from the delivery and sales organizations. Developing SOW (Scope of Work), SLO (Service Level Objective), SLA (Service Level Agreements), Migration & Transition Plans for recommended solutions support.
Highly skilled in reviewing proposals, providing estimates and recommending the best solutions.
Excellent Knowledge in building cost sheets for the proposed Network Services / infrastructure solution which will fulfill the requirements of the client Infrastructure.
Initiating and closing the technical, delivery and pricing approvals for the proposed solution with the respective approving authorities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and Vendor / Partner Negotiation skills.
