What will your job look like?
Day to day configurations operations on Kenan Billing System, Siebel CRM and EPC, Actively participating Daily configuration activities, Defect Fix/App Support/App Config/Operations/Acct Management / Change / Release Management / – App Support/Operations. Also monitor existing automations and convert existing / new incoming manual work to automated one.

Industry
Telecom Billing configuration experience, Knowledge of Kenan FX, Siebel CRM
Tech Skills
Oracle SQL / PLSQL, Unix, Red hat
