Job Description : Role Requirements:Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing Pensions solutionsWork closely with the IT vendor, Project Management to ensure requirements fulfilment of the Vendor’s products to client’s Pensions requirementsAct as a bridge between the IT vendor and client’s businessTake ownership of Vendors and business ad-hoc queries and requirements related to the functionality of Pensions Business·Gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementationPrepare testing scenarios and execute tests in UAT environmentsFunctional Acceptance of the Vendor’s delivery on behalf of client.Expected Experience:· Experience of various Pensions Products including and not limited to Defined Benefits, Benefits claims, Pensions Accounting, Reporting, Statutory Compliances and Membership Management in Pension Administration.· Genuine interest in the Pensions markets with at least 10 years of experience in Pension Admin Systems· Knowledge in operational environment and end to end work flow in Pensions Systems· Good knowledge of technical architecture and functionality of applications used to support the business. Knowledge of SDLC processes.· A strong analytical and logical approach to systems design and development.·Through usage of Requirements Gathering and Analysis techniques such as process modelling, use cases, obtain, capture, validate and document business requirements to ensure completeness, relevance, and accuracy.· Working knowledge of common techniques, tools, and languages used for enterprise analysis and business modelling such as UML, SSADM, MS Project and Visio· Ability to plan, prepare, and facilitate UAT test cycles, managing defects and issues to resolution.· Analytical skills & ability to synthesize information· Good team player able to build strong professional relationships·Good communication and documentation skills in the English language*India and West Africa (candidate will be based in West Africa for at least 6 months in a year)*Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹1,400,000.00 – ₹1,600,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
