Your responsibilities
Take the lead on gathering requirements and describing user stories for the B2B & B2C SAP Commerce (Hybris) solution
Knowledge about product content management, Content management system (SmartEdit), Order management and fulfillment, Promotions, Cart and Checkout
Preferably from Ecommerce Domain
Writing Epics and User Stories in detail an preparing acceptance criteria
Take care of the end2end processes in the eCommerce ecosystem
Working closely with developers and design teams to clarifying requirements
Work closely with Product Owner Team, Business and Design Team (UX) to understand business needs
Handover elaborated requirements to the development teams and support them by providing clarifications
Produce concise and accurate functional documentation to support the business learning curve
Should work in Agile Environment
Your profile
Must have 5-8 Years of experience
Experience in working as a business analyst for implementing eCommerce solutions (B2B and B2C environment)
Functional and technical expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud ( Hybris )technology or similar
Must have knowledge of eCom Frameworks like Magento, AEM, Hybris, Shopify
Experience in agile methodologies and fast paced environment
Good knowledge in Atlassian based tools like Confluence and JIRA
Excellent communication and mentoring skill
Practical experience in the B2B Industry (optional: steel trading business)
Experience in SAP ERP and SAP Commerce integration scenarios and processes
Education Qualification needed for the position :- Bachelor’s in Computer Science(B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc IT/BCA/MCA)
