We aggregate offers from different platforms and display the same as per the user’s preference. Our vision is to increase users’ spending power with easy access to offers.Outdoor Sales Executive: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. You will play a key role in delivering this value by acquiring the right set of Merchant partners across various categories like Food & Drinks, Fashion Retail, Grocery, Healthcare, Beauty, Retail, Learning, Hotels & Travel, Automobile, Fitness, Entertainment, Business & office, and driving growth initiatives for the city. Simultaneously, you will also be managing relationships with these Merchant partners and taking initiatives to improve their business performance on our platform. Here are some key highlights about the role:Responsibility: Successfully managing a portfolio of around 30 to 50 merchant partners, displaying end to end ownership, leading growth initiatives for the city/country, and owning all aspects that influence the happiness quotient of our merchant partnersA field intensive sales role where you will be ensuring that we have the most comprehensive selection of merchant partners by acquiring our target merchant partners quickly and effectivelyEfficiently solving problems and troubleshooting when required along with making smart decisions to ensure that merchant partners are posting offers to increase their presence and new customer acquisition at least price over and above engaging with repeat customers and increasing its loyalty.Managing and growing relationships with merchant partners; identifying opportunities and taking initiatives to grow the business of your accountsDeep diving into data for your portfolio and using it to your advantage to get a month on month growth for your merchant partnersHelping partners scale up their business on our platform by enabling them to make decisions on aspects like offer selection, offer title, visibility, participation in growth campaigns, etc.Devising and executing growth strategies for the city-backed by consumer funnel-led insights as well as market knowledge so as to bolster Hundred’s position in the city.We’re looking for folks who Prerequisites: Having prior experience in sales and account managementHaving excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exhibit initiative and demonstrate the ability to function independentlyAre comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable working hoursAre analytical and have a data-driven bent of mind, should be proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets and different ERP systems.Requirements: Must have a minimum of 2-5 years proven Business Development work experience in high volume/high activity Sales in UAE-preferably Dubai and Abu Dhabi.Experience with a consumer-facing app is a plus.
