Job Description : Job Description: Designation: Business Development ManagerBusiness Development Manager is one who is responsible for generating revenues for Bright Security Services by sourcing contacts and converting them into contracts.(Note: Private Security industry experience of Minimum 2 years-prefered)Responsibility Deliverable1. Data Sourcing & Management2. Sales Meetings3. Sales Proposals4. Sales ConversionTask & Activities: Data Sourcing and Management: · Sourcing the accurate contact details of decision-makers from the HR and Admin departments of companies in the business IT, BPOs, Industrial, Banks, Construction, Education institutions, Retail market from online sources like LinkedIn, Google search and from offline networks (referral, word of mouth).Leverage our 3rd party services such as Just Dial, Ad campaigns to get relevant client data.· Cold calling collected data for generating qualified potential cold and hot leads.Sales meetings, conversions & coordination: Having effective sales meetings in order to:Understand the client’s expectations and requirements.Push efficient and persuasive pitches to negotiate win-win deals and also maintain profitability.Enforcing continuous communication:Build and increase communication relevancy with prospective hot and cold leads to influence their decisions via customized email templates, phone calls and meetings.Be the interface between the client and the operation team from the client’s approval till deployment for security.Follow up continuously with old and new clients establishing a relationship and addressing their grievances.Improve the system and build new processes: · Refine the quality of leads data across all our channels.
