This is a Business Intelligence Specialist role, reporting to the Engineering Manager in Business Area – India Operations Centre, Process Automation (INOPC PA) based in Bangalore, India. You will be primarily responsible to participate in and drive applied solution and technology transfer projects resulting in concepts, prototypes, patents, and academic publications.
Your responsibilities
Ensure effective design, development, validation and support activities in line with the customer needs, architectural requirements and ABB Standards.
Perform code quality check, Unit, integration and functional tests implementation.
Support ABB business units through consulting engagements.
Ensure continual knowledge management
Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
Collects data and provides sound market and competitive intelligence analyses related to market and trends.
Perform various marketing analyses to enable marketing strategy development for existing and potential products, systems and/or services.
Your background
B. Tech / Masters in Computer Science/ Chemical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Instrumentation & Controls/ Industrial Engineering.
3 years of experience in Building and Designing cloud applications using Microsoft Azure cloud technologies like Azure DevOps (VSTS), AZURE, GitHub, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Dockers, Kubernetes.
Good understanding on Azure Data Services including ADF, ADLS, Blob, DataBricks with a background of Hive, Python, Spark.
Working knowledge of SQL Server, SQL Azure Database, No SQL, Data Modeling, Azure AD, ADFS, Identity & Access Management.
Understanding of .NET Core, .NET 4.5 Framework, Entity Framework, C#, Web Services, RESTful Services, Angular.
