Job Description : Care Assistant – Worthing – Bank

Salary: £11.16 per hour including travel time plus 45p per mile and lots more amazing benefits

Contract: Bank – various shifts available

Shifts: 7am – 11am, 8am – 1pm, 11.45am – 2.30pm, 5pm – 7pm, 7pm – 11pm

Travel required – You will be required to travel around Worthing and the surrounding area, so a Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.

£11.16 per hour
Travel time paid at normal hourly rate between customers

To be considered as a Care Assistant, you need:

A valid driving license and use of personal vehicle for work purposes
To be 18 and over
To be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or willing to have the COVID-19 vaccine (two doses)
To provide a high level of care and support to vulnerable people
Exceptional listening and communication skills
To possess an empathetic approach
To be willing to provide personal care
A proactive approach to work and be able to work on your own initiative
To be able to work flexibly depending on the needs of the work environment
Previous experience in the care industry is not essential as full training will be provided.
To have a passion to make a positive difference to people’s lives; being considerate and supportive is a must
