Job Description : Kirsty Elliott HR and Recruitment Limited are delighted to be supporting a Domiciliary Care Company with their recruitment for a Care Coordinator based in BradfordRole – Care Coordinator – Permanent position – Full timeThe company provides care for their clients with their own homes, they are now looking for a Care Coordinator to support in the daily running and business development for this service.My client is looking for someone who has -Experienced as a Domiciliary CareNVQ/QCF Level 3/5 in Health and Social CareCommitted and has the drive to continue to grow the serviceA positive can-do attitudeExperience in recruitment & retention of staffIs skilled in training and mentoring of staffHas strong compliance knowledge of CQCExcellent team management experience having overseen teamsSomeone who is flexible with their working hoursA valid UK driving licenceResponsibilities -Support the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation.To build strong professional relationships with staff, service users, inspectors and other professionals as and when neededWorking in partnership with the service provider and Registered Manager on a daily basisEnsure the provision of a high quality service enabling individual needs and organisation needs are metEnsure the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment, person centred planning and regular outcome focused reviews of servicesEnsuring training is up to date and supervisionAssist with recruitment and training of staffShare on-callProducing staff rotas – ensuring all care calls are coveredRequirements for the role -Experienced in Domiciliary CareLevel 3/5 in Health and Social CareDriving licence and access to a carShare on-call rotaThis role is subject to at least 2 satisfactory references and Enhance DBS disclosureKirsty Elliott HR and Recruitment Limited aim to get back to all successful applicants within 48 hours however if you have not received a response within this period then it may be that your application has been unsuccessful.(For the purposes of recruiting for this vacancy Kirsty Elliott HR and Recruitment Limited is acting as a recruitment agency.
