Through our app, users can request services from a variety of categories including home care, car services, beauty, healthcare and more.What we’re looking for?We are looking for a Category Executive to manage a category of services for Rizek. You will be the one responsible for the promotion of a business vertical to maximize consumer appeal. Relationships with vendors and category management will also be part of your duties.An excellent category executive must have extensive experience in understanding consumer needs and the home services environment. You must have a commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles. Exceptional communication skills are also key for category executives.The goal is to increase sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth.What you’ll be doing?Analyse data or insights to determine industry and consumer trendsDevise long-term development strategies for service categoriesFind and activate service providers within the home service industryFoster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of servicesPlace appropriate orders to ensure service availability that meets consumer demandsDetermine the positioning of a category to maximize visibilityLiaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a verticalWho you are?At least 2 years of experience as category executive or similar role in an eCommerce Marketplace companyeCommerce Marketplace experience is essentialSolid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principlesUnderstanding of data analysis and forecasting methodsProficient in MS OfficeAn analytical mind with a strategic abilityExcellent communication and people skillsBSc/BA in business administration, marketing or related fieldIf you are result-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and think you have what it takes, we’d love to meet you!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Up to AED8,000.00 per monthExperience:Category Management: 2 years (Required)Business Development: 1 year (Required)eCommerce Marketplace: 2 years (Required)
