At Roadchef Motorway Services we operate various brands within our 30 locations including McDonald’s, Costa, LEON, Spar, WHSmith and Days Inn along with our own catering brands.
Matt, our Site Director at Taunton Motorway Service Area on the M5 is looking for Supervisors to join his Fresh Food Café management team. As a supervisor in our Fresh Food Café your role will be to coach and motivate our team to deliver the very best products with the very best service at all times. There are over 260 employees at Taunton and, as much as this role is aligned to our Fresh Food Café, you will be an integral member of the leadership team responsible for delivering all of the site targets.
You will need to have had experience in leading a team in a busy environment, and it would be amazing, though not essential, if you’ve had experience working with any of our brands.
As a Supervisor you will be given the opportunity to develop your career by completing one of our management development initiatives designed to help you grow as your success will impact the success of the entire team. You will receive an hourly rate of £10.00
