Job Description : We are looking for talented Acquisition Associates for Chauffeur acquisition to join us on our journey as we are growing rapidly and expanding our operations team to increase Wheely presence in the London market.

Responsibilities

What your day-to-day includes:

Represent Wheely to the highest possible standard to our chauffeurs
Conversion of Chauffeurs Qualified Leads provided from within your assigned acquisition channels
Provide segmentation of warm & cold leads through screening to choose chauffeurs who links with Wheely standards
Propose Wheely as a solution fit to chauffeurs expectations in an intuitive and professional manner
Effectively communicate our proposition through calls and emails
Lead potential chauffeurs through the sales funnel until we are assured of their first journey with Wheely
Analyse key performance metrics to optimize your chauffeur pipeline
Communicate with operations and security departments to solve issues and ensure administrative activities are completed successfully
Share opportunities and successes with Wheely management

Requirements
Strong proactive sales or account management skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Able to manage a pipeline and multiple accounts in a fast-moving startup environment
Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision

Basic analytical skills to monitor, report on, and measure your pipeline performance
Experience using a CRM system is beneficial
