Job Description : We are looking for someone who is ok to travel to 118 St Michaels Hill, BS2 8BU.Are you bright, energetic, self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile?Do you have excellent customer service and communication skills?Are you caring and interested in health and wellness?Are you great at multi-tasking, with fantastic computer, admin and organisational skills?Then we are looking for you.You will run a busy front of house with a wide range of duties as mentioned below, delivering a WOW service to our guests.We want a team member with positive and innovative thought and is happy to take responsibility of managing a small team.This is a part time opening.Main Job Responsibilities -Liaise with Chiropractic business owner (CBO) / Practice Team Co-ordinator (PTC)Teach, uphold all other levels of Chiropractic Assistant voyageEnsures exceptional levels of Customer Service and Customer Care to maintain a centre that runs like a well-oiled machineClinic appearance managementAdhere to all front desk recipes at all timesPatient managementOnline diary managementTake accountability for any quality control of the full centre when on shiftPart of / contributes to the Visibility and recruitment teamUse initiative and be proactiveTake minutes from the team meeting, send to team for review and updateCheck trackers have been completed accurately.Assisting the PTC and PTM with monthly membershipHandle guest concerns and report any guest queries they cannot take care of to the CA Team Leader or Centre managerSupervising the referrals / guest appreciationProvide one to one coaching when requiredRegular Quality checksSupporting practitioners and other team membersPromotes Lead position within the team and supervise accordinglyAttending monthly team meeting, training daysLeading external and internal screening and marketing eventsReports to the Practice Team ManagerWe will give you a complete on job training so that you can learn slowly.Starting Salary – Minimum Wage, and after 6 months completion of probation period as per performance there will be rise on wageWorking Hours – 15 to 18 hours per week, might get more shift in futureLocation – Should be Bristol basedExperience – If you are experienced in working as front desk assistant and administrative job then that is an added advantage. However, FRESHERS can apply as well.You will learn about chiropractic and how to support the chiropractic team. Superb training and support will be provided.
