Job Description : Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Main work is Interior FIT-OUT, Site HandlingShould be able to read drawing e.g MEP, Electrical, Civil, Furniture & HVAC.Must have finished from design to Handover at least 2-3 High-end Residential Project.Manage and coordinate all construction, design, structure and MEP related activitiesfor the project in terms of quality and delivery targets.Should ensure compliance and implementation of all Interior Procedures, practicesand techniques as outlined in the design basis document and project drawings.To work on project execution & Co-ordination with the core team for detailed drawings & services drawings for the building projects.Auto Cad knowledge is a must.Oversee day to day operations of the site.Overseeing work execution.Handling multiple workers for different tasks.Assigning tasks for workers.Monitoring Interior Site Project progress.Problem-solving orientation and communication abilities with workers.Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures.Provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnelwhen necessary and appropriate.Coordination for deliveries of materials and equipment.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹24,153.00 – ₹38,517.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Site Supervisor: 4 years (Preferred)Interiors layouts + 2D detailed drawings: 4 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
