Job Description : MANAGER-CLAIMS: PURPOSE OF ROLE: *# Managing claims processing with focus on quality and quantity to enhance client satisfaction.# Designation-Manager-Claims# Function- Claims Delivery# Reporting to- Sr. Manager- Claims Delivery# Location- Wherever claim processing is happening at a branch level# Educational Qualification- MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BDA/BPT( 5 years medical course is a must)# Additional Qualification- None# Specialization– None# Related courses attended -None# Industry Type- TPA**Roles and Responsibilities:*Manpower planning to ensure availability of adequate manpower every day.*Focus on productivity enhancement, productivity analysis and preparation of reports.*Review quality parameters and quantity of claims processed and prepare data analysis reports.*In case of claims denials, revalidate and reconfirm.*Ensure at prevention of recoveries by improving quality of claims processing.*Support recruitment and performance appraisal of the team members.*Provide training to new members on various aspects of claims processing such as policies, terms & conditions etc.*Share updates regularly with the members.*Prepare/ review claims process documents and SOPs.*Address escalations/ grievances from customers.*Interact with Insurers, brokers to resolve issues which are subjective.*Provide knowledge transfer and training of new joiners.*Handle adjudication of claims whenever needed.*Relevant Experience- Total Experience 5 years in claims processing*Demonstrated abilities if any- Claim Processing, Team management skills of at least 3-5 peopleTechnical Competencies:*Analytical Ability*Operational Excellence*Problem Solving & Decision MakingBehavioral competencies:*Collaboration*Communication*People Management*Relationship Management*Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthSchedule:Rotational shiftExperience:TPA: 5 years (Preferred)
